BioI'm being tormented by 15 Bluetick Coonhounds. I need help (moral support) in order to keep my sanity. The coonhunting neighbor is very irresponsible & seems to openly get pleasure from others pain. I feel a petition is the only way anyone in this small community will be able to enjoy their home & yard again. It is sad when people can not respect others right to quality of life (a happy healty life).
